Délifrance have long been committed to promote our vision of helping everyone change their consumption habits. This was formalised as part of our Baking Good Better program. To avoid claims of green-washing, we publish an annual CSR report, highlighting adherence to our key pillars of Planet, People and Product.
Often, pillars from the Baking Good Better program overlap, as they have with the chocolate babka. By looking for the best product, we needed the best ingredients. That led to us selecting RA MB products for. RA MB certification means farmers can benefit from the social and economic advantages of certification with less onerous administration requirements.
The same careful sourcing that ensures environmental responsibility directly enhances flavour. Without hormones, antibiotics, or artificial ingredients, the pure chocolate taste shines through—creating an experience customers immediately recognise as premium.
