PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Each carton contains 60 x 100g Triple Chocolate pain au chocolat
30% or more of filling from 3 flavours; white chocolate, chocolate chips and chocolate bars
Enjoy the crispiness of the chocolate topping, the lightness of the pure butter pastry and the melted combination of 2 chocolate bars and white chocolate filling

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Pre heat your oven according to the instructions on the carton
2. Do not egg-wash the products (they have been pre-eggwashed for your  convenience!)
3. Line a baking tray and place your still frozen Triple Chocolate Roll pain au chocolate evenly across the tray
3. Place halfway down the oven and bake as suggested on the carton
4. Let them cool before serving, they will be hot!
5. Bon appetit!

Never re-freeze the pain au chocolate once thawed.  If not preparing to bake immediately, keep in freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.
