PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

This Dark Rye Sour Bread is ~350g, ready to slice as thickly or thinly as you prefer.
It looks fantastic and is very easy to bake at home
The fermentation process leads to a deliciously earthy and tangy taste

PERFECT FOR:

- Dipping into a bowl of hot soup
- Making a striking addition to your kitchen
- Making a French style tartine for a unique lunch

BAKING INSTRUCTIONS:

1. Allow the product to defrost for 15 - 20 minutes prior to baking
2. Pre heat your oven according to the instructions on the packaging
3. Line a baking tray and place your partially defrosted Dark Rye Sour Bread in the centre of  the tray
4. Place halfway down the oven and bake as suggested on the packaging
5. Let it cool for approximately 15 minutes before serving, this preserves the wonderful shape!
6. Bon appetit!


Never re-freeze the croissants once thawed. If not preparing to bake immediately, keep in freezer at -18 degrees Celsius.
